Your bread box will arrive fresh, and if not, please contact us so we can find a prompt resolve.
We dispatch your fresh wonky bread using a Next Day delivery service, so often, your bread is fresher than that at the shops.
When you join us for the first time you are immediately charged and the order is placed. Provided there is enough waste to rescue at the bakeries, your bread will be rescued and dispatched on the next working day after payment, with a next day delivery service.
If there is insufficient bread available on that day, we will push your rescue mission to the next working day after. In this event, although your box may be slightly delayed it will still be ultra-fresh, due to it being rescued on the same day as dispatch day.
Going forward, you are able to adjust your frequencies on your account, and change the day you are charged (which affects when your box will likely arrive) by contacting us on hello@earthandwheat.com.
