Biscuits grow 'soft' over time when exposed to air, and especially so when the air is humid.
The best way to keep your biscuits tasting fresher for longer is to ensure that once the biscuit packets have been opened, any remaining biscuits (if there are any!) should be stored in an air tight container.
Cookie jars, reusable plastic containers, and indeed biscuit tins, are ideal for biscuit storage.
